Of all the skills, knowledge, and experience I bring to my real estate clients the most valuable strength is that I'm a mom. Not only was I born and raised in this area, I now have the joy of parenting my own three kids in what I believe to be the best place in the country to raise a family.
What that means for my clients is that I know the towns, I know the schools, I know the neighborhoods, and I know what's great about living here. Being aware of what attracts people to this area and what keeps them here, I can best position your property for sale or help you find the perfect home for your family.
I was born in Raleigh, and attended school at NC State and Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. A scientist by nature (I hold a degree in Genetic Engineering), I love to doing the research that will help you get the most for your home or the best value for your purchase.
After working in a private research setting and the SBI’s crime lab, I started a video/media business and worked as the Communications Director for Habitat for Humanity in Collier County during the year that we lived in Naples, FL. When we returned to NC, I decided to utilize my skill set working full time in real estate. Through my experiences in customer service and volunteer work, I have developed strong communicative skills and the ability to build rapport with people of varying backgrounds. I take the time to listen to the needs of my clients to help save them time and money. As a small business owner and mother, I have proven myself to be an organized and dedicated self starter with the ability to prioritize, balance and complete multiple detailed tasks in a pressured environment. But most importantly, I enjoy building relationships with folks as they seek to make a change in their lives.
I currently live in Fuquay, though I have lived in Holly Springs and Apex as well. My husband, Hal, and I are very involved in our community and our church as well as the activities of our children, Jensen, Mary Drue and Caleb.
